Event Policies

Our outdoor events happen rain or shine! We monitor weather conditions and will delay, postpone, or cancel if severe weather creates unsafe situations. This includes lightning, storms, high winds, and flooding. If Seven Springs cancels due to weather, we’ll provide information on ticket transfers, credits, or refunds. If the event proceeds, all tickets are non-refundable regardless of weather changes or personal decisions not to attend. We’ll keep you updated via email, our website, and social media.

Come hungry! We love supporting our food trucks and vendors, but you’re also welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. (And if you’re feeling generous…bring us a plate too! :) ) 

Soft coolers are welcome. Hard coolers are not permitted.

Outside alcohol is not permitted. Our ABC licenses allow us to continue serving guests responsibly, so we appreciate your cooperation.

Families are always welcome unless an event is specifically designated as adults only. Leashed pets are welcome at most outdoor events. Please clean up after your furry family members and ensure they’re comfortable around crowds. 

Every event is a little different. Furniture layouts may vary depending on the event. Check each event listing for details. Guests are responsible for their own seats if purchasing Lawn Pass tickets (i.e., general admission)  

For everyone's safety, weapons of any kind are prohibited on the property, except as permitted by applicable law and authorized security personnel. Guests displaying unsafe, disruptive, or intoxicated behavior may be asked to leave without a refund.

Our team is committed to responsible alcohol service. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone who appears intoxicated or who cannot provide valid identification upon request.

By attending an event at Seven Springs Farm & Vineyard, you may appear in photographs or videos captured for promotional purposes. Your attendance constitutes permission for Seven Springs to use these images without additional compensation. If you have concerns, please speak with a staff member upon arrival.

Personal drones may not be operated on the property without previous authorization.

Parking is complimentary unless otherwise noted. Please park only in designated areas and follow staff directions.

Lodging and event tickets are sold separately. When you book your stay during an event weekend, it doesn’t automatically include event admission, reserved seating, wine tastings, or any specific
